ALS or MS?????????????????

Please someone tell me if this is typical of ALS or MS????

I 've had muscle twitches sporadically in the past but now I have had twitches every day all day for about a month. They don’t stay in one particular muscle but flit about every single muscle in my body including vaginal area and facial area. I didn’t know I had so many muscles..(ha—ha!!) I am sorry to have gotten too graphic but it’s scary because I am only 19 years old. I am worried I have ALS. I am not insured so I have turned to you all for advice. I have other symptoms such as tingling and numbness, really bad blurred vision in both eyes, stiffness in right hand, extremely cold all the time..and a new found deal with my voice where it trembles when I speak and I can’t sing as high as I used too..in fact I can’t at all hardly. I have shortness of breath associated with the trembling voice and choking sensations a lot. I feel I am going crazy and am afraid to tell family for fear that they won’t believe this. It just keeps going on but especially the twitches. I can’t get them to stop. It’s driving me crazy. Please e-mail my address at kendrea_lee@YAHOO.COM if you have any suggestions.
