I was diagonsed with Chronic Fatigue in 1995. About 3 years ago, my left leg started dragging when I was fatigued. I actually broke my ankle during one of these episodes. I have a definate limp and weakness on the left side since then. About 6 months ago, the "buzzing" down the left side became almost constant. It seems no one wanted to take me seriously, so it has taken until last week to see a Neurologist. The good news is, he believes me. The bad news is he's reasonably sure it's MS. A lot of the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue and MS are the same. Does anyone know some guidelines for distinquishing the two? On the MRI, the "plaques" can be seen on the spinal cord in the cervical spine area.
