Can anyone help me out? I had back surgery 2 yrs. ago on L4-5. I had an epidural. When the surgery was over, my left calf was very stiff & sore & my 2 small toes on the same foot were numb. I asked the surgeon what it was & he said maybe from laying on that side during the operation pressed on a nerve. Well, its been 2 years and I still get that feeling in my calf & foot, but as of about 1 1/2 yrs. ago, I started getting muscle twitches in that same calf, they're like rapid fire and you can see them. Also, have developed fluttering in left eyelid about 9 months ago, and sporadic muscle twitches in other parts of body. Sometimes the calf twitch feels like a steady pulse. I get worried about ALS or MS. MY left calf is noticeably smaller than the right. I had an EMG about 8 months ago, everything was normal.. Any advice would sure help. Thanks
