I'm otherwise healthy but I've had muscle twitches for years, coming and going. Especially one of my eyelids. I think some people 'just have' those things. It did get a lot worse for a while a few months ago when I developed neuro-Lume Disease (which looked to all the world like ms but showed a small bullseye ring and cleared up with antibiotics)
