In my opinion anyway people should use anti-oxidants to clear the transport system (your blood) to get to the plugged up areas and provide the cells nutrients that they are lacking. Also the food and water we ingest are either contaminated or has little nutritious value so people should be taking high quality vitamins to counter act the lack of nutrients. Plus VERY IMPORTANT are the proper essential fatty acids (EFAMOL Inc. has the most research and the best EFA you can get - Evening primrose oils & marine fish oils at a 4:1 ratio)to help create stronger healthy cells to ward off breakdown and cell leakage. This also helps in re-mylenation for the nerves in people with MS.
I know this because my girl friend of 12 years has been taken Essential fatty acids for almost 8 years and she has not only stopped progression but has reversed alot of the symptoms like numbness in half her hand, blurred vision, leg spasms ...
