It could also be neuro-Lyme Disease (from a tick bite). But your doctor will consider that possibility. Lyme Disease sometimes attacks the central nervous system with causing a rash or fever..it did with me (note that the Lyme Disease blood test is unreliable). If it is Lyme Disease, antibiotics will work quickly against it.
