MS - Not as smart as I used to be

I've noticed that I was having problems with confusion, and not thinking as fast as I used to. I now know that it is related to MS. What can be done about it? I am on Avonex. Also, I'm so tired. I don't bother to fix myself up anymore -- I am on Provigil. Is Amantadil something like that better?
