I know what you mean. Even though I told my family about my new diagnosis they think that I'm just getting lazy. I used to be very active; always ready to do favors for everyone in my family. Now I am so tired. I drove 360 miles to visit my relatives -- they couldn't understand why I wouldn't drive the next day to visit them 7 miles away. I was just so tired. Everyone thinks that I'm always just resting. I told my daughter the other day I'm not resting -- you don't understand I'm really passed out. I grieve how active I used to be. I used to outlast everyone in my aerobics class -- that kind of stuff. I hope one day people will understand that not everyone with MS is in a wheelchair; that there is the silent kind. Thanks MeeMee for your thoughts.
