hi, my name is clive and i have had this condition for as long as i can remember.
my hands,neck and legs are mainly affected and also chest muscles go into spasms and sieze
up after a bout of sneezing, coughing or laughing.
also have continual lower back pain and cannot stand for long periods.
any sudden movement or prolonged grip or bending at the knees induces severe muscle cramp
accompanied my severe pain.
my hands are the worst however, and cramp even at the slightest pressure exerted by them.
are you on any medication??
