Hi!
I just found this board because I am trying to find out more info on muscular dystrophy. My sister and I have not spoken in over 4 years. My mom told me yesterday that my sister has MD. What is it? Is it treatable? Is it common to be found in a 28-year-old?
I fiqured at our ages (I am 25), all we really needed to worry about was stuff like STD's. My grandfather on my dad's side had this--I didn't know b/c he passed before I was born.
I have a little bit of info, but any that you can share or direct me to would be very much appreciated!
