Are any of you suffering from the extremely rare OPMD? The USA has about 20,000 OPMD, Quebec has a ratio of 1:1,000. As you can see it's very high in Quebec. If you have OPMD and want to talk, drop me a line. We rare ones need all the support we can find.
I was just diagnosed via DNA. I have the usual problems with droopy eyelids, chewing and swallowing, and larnyx difficulty in being heard. I do exercises for this but would be interested in what others have done with success or without success. Thanks.
