: My husband has been having muscle pain and stiffness for aproximately 4 weeks. The pain is
in his hips, thighs,groin, back lower legs, buttocks. It is worse upon arising in the morning or after sitting for a period of time.
This morning he cold not lift his leg off the floor to put on his pants his shoes and socks. He has
seen a dr. who took xrays for arthritis and blood work. Told him to take advil. The advil upsets
his stomach.The only meds he is on is Zocor for cholestral lowering. He needs help. what spec
ialist should he see.
