It started a few years ago, I was playing basketball and i jumped for the dunk when i experienced
my first calf cramp. Really bad one, i couldn't walk on that calf for a few hours. Since then if
I jump a little bit too much I get cramps in either one or both calves before i'm even exhausted, I have to
hold back all the time wich is very frustrating when you're competing. I drink a lot of water and tried
eating bananas and all kind of other supposed good food to prevent cramp. Nothing works, please help.
