I'm 40. Just went to my PCP because of slight tremor feeling in lower arms. Biggest complaint is ratchety wrist movement. Not noticeable when Dr moves my wrist at rest but is very obvious when I move it up and down. Also have had this creepy tingly feeling across my shoulders and back of neck. Only way to stop it is to massage it for a moment. Happens repeatedly every day. Been stiff feeling, sluggish. I was fearful of Parkinsons but PCP doesn't seem to think so. Will see a neurologist soon but was just wondering if this sounded like something besides PD. Thanks
