I have involuntary movements involving my left side such as my arm will suddenly jerk or the muscles in my back on the left side will suddenly tighten throwing me of balance towards the left. My Neurologist is thinking that I have dystonia due to damage near the basal ganglia, however as I understand it dystonic episodes are not preceeded by auras. I usually feel fatigued just before an episode,I also have had feelings of spaciness as well associated with them.
