I have recently been having weakness in the legs and urinary problems. Fluid retention has become a big problem as well as weak bladder.
I too was diagnosed with a bulging disk in the back. Has your husband seen a neurosurgeon? This was who I was told I should see since they deal with the spinal column. (not necessarily for surgery)
