I was diagnosed with thorasic nerve palsy after I heard a pop in my back while doing push-ups at Basic Training. Since then, I've had numbness and pain wiht the winging. I've tried easing back into an exercise schedule, but have reinjured it. The doctors here haven't done too much to help and I was wondering if anyone knew f some exercises, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
