After my first birth where I had an epidural I noticed my sexual sensitivity decreased considerably leaving sex rather unsatisfying. It became difficult to have an orgasm and I even had trouble keeping my urine in at times. I just had my second child, natural birth, and noticed I feel incredibly sensitive now. My only guess is that the epidural left my body unable to heal itself correctly and the natural birth experience has helped my body heal??? Has anyone experienced this or know anything about statistics concerning loss of sexual sensitivity and epidurals?
