Hey lisa,
i also get these twitches and i have no idea what causes them. it is exactly what you described and it is definitely annoying. i also have what i think is restless legs, but i'm not sure. i'm going to see a neurologist in a few weeks so hopefully i can find out if there is a name for this condition (if it even is a condition.) this has only been happening for about 2 months now and i'm sick of it!! but i'm glad that somebody else out there knows what i'm talking about. i'll post if i find out anything.
