: I have severe radiating deep pain over the shoulder blades on the right side from my shoulder to the palm of my right hand ,upper arm, forearm, and rarely the hand, fingers and chest, pain worse at night.

: MRI SCAN-CERVICAL SPINE

: The cervical spine was studied in the saggital and axial planes with 5mm slices T1W1 proton density and T2W1 images were acquired.
: The C5-C6 Disc shows central protrusion and rt postero-lateral herniation of C6-C7 Disc. There is adjacent compression of the sub-arachnoid space. The C2-C3 and C3-C4 discs show normal configuration. Normal marrow signal intensity is noted in the vertebral bodies and appendages. The cervical cord shows normal signal intensity with no evidence of any compression. The cranio-vertebral region is unremarkable. The Para vertebral cervical muscular is unremarkable. Normal fluid void is noted in the carotid and vertebral system.
