The muscles leading up through my shoulders and into my neck and head are always extremely sore and feel bruised - even on the top of my head. I also have tinnitus and hyperacusis which I feel is caused from the muscle soreness. When I put pressure on the muscles around my jaw and ears it causes the ringing in my ears to increase like turning up a volume knob. I also experience bad headaches and mental fatigue. I would appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks.
