I'm a teen too......My hands also shake uncontrollably, and I understand what you mean, however, in addition to my hands shaking, I experience twitching all over my body. My twitching and shaking has been a stressful experience for the last two months. Your shaking hands could be a result of anxiety or stress. Ask your doctor, she or he may have some solutions for you.
