I have had neuropathy in both feet since 9/99. Nerve Conduction Studies didn't show much. Neurologist has tried Neurontin (made me feel "weird"), Amitriptylene, and now Tegretol. They seem to make my pain tolerable, but don' t get me back to totally functional. I finally got an MRI done and it showed a herniated disk at L5/S1. Neurosurgeon doesn't feel this is related to my feet. Does anybody have any suggestions? I have two small children and would like to be able to do more with them. Appreciate any comments you may have.
