: My husband was in an auto accident back in July and he has had not only back pain, but a constant tingling
: like sensation in his feet, they still have feeling if you touch them. The doctor did an MRI for his back pain
: and found nothing, he is sending him to a neurologist and physical therapy. I wanted to know if anyone has
: had the same experience so we maybe can figure out what this might possibly be. He is having difficulty
: in walking any distance anymore because his legs get tired.

HI there. I had a bad fall 3 months ago and really bruised the muscles and nerves in my left hip. I am finally in physical therapy to strengthen the muscles, but still have tingling in the feet and sometimes with it, weakness when I try to walk. This seems to happen when I've been sitting too long on something too hard, so I'm thinking the sciatic nerves are still really sensitive from the fall and are aggravated around the sacral area of the spine when I sit too long.
Does his lower back ache a lot with sitting?
I have to say therapy has helped me quite a bit but I am also concerned about the feeling of weakness with the tingling still.. Good luck.
