I have been diagnosed with diabetic neurophy within the past month. I am taking medication(Neurontin and Ultran), which help some but still get upper back and chest pains except when very active or under hot water. I still have dificulty sleeping in a bed. Mostly, I sleep in a lounge chair that is lightly padded. I would appreciate any helpful suggestions.
