Hi - I wonder if anyone could shed some light on an intense searing pain that lasts about 3-10 seconds and seems concentrated just above and to the left of my little toe on my right foot. I recently have also been having some probs with back, sore and popping ribs. I have had an ecg seems OK, checked cholestrol seems good, but am deskbound in a foreign tropical country with little or no exercise (have picked up about 8 kgs in 3 months) Doctors here contribute the pain to being overweight and poor circulation due to years of smoking cigs. Do I have PN? Or some poor circulatory disease? I do know however that the pain is bad, and if it got worse I would have serious problems. please help someone!!
