post operative nerve damage

I am looking for treatment for post operative nerve damage. In 1996 I fell down some stairs and fractured my left patella, which was accordingly set with two sets of wires, one at each side. These wires later had to be removed, leaving me in immense pain. I have tried steroid injections and a Guenethadine block, but I have extensive nerve damge. Gabapetin does not help. Is there any innovative treatment, anywhere in the world that may be able to help me? I am willing to pay over the odds. A reply, or ANY leads would be most appreciate. Many thanks.
