I've been experiencing intense burning on the soles of my feet and a tingly feeling that goes about half way up my calves. It's not there all the time but when it's there, there's also a feeling of deep compression or crunching or spasm (I don't know how to describe it) in my lower back and a tightening of the quads and usually diarrhea, too. I have had this for a few years and now when it hits, it seems to be worse. I had an EMG a while back and nothing showed up. Can anyone relate to this and/or identify what might be going on? Thanks.
