Tingling and a little swelling in left leg

I have experienced tingling in my left leg ever since march of this year. I have had x-rays, ct scan, an mri, been to the chiropractor, and no one seems to know anything. However, I am supposed to see a neurologist next week and take all my x-rays, mri with me. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night having to urinate real bad with pain on my left side. When I have menstral cramps, it's on my left side. I don't get it!! I woke up one morning with this tingling. Could it be from the bed I sleep in(my mom gave me hers last January 99) (got a new couch about this time last year.) Has anyone experienced anything like this?
