Please let me know your age if you have a bad case of diabetic neuropathy. My son is 27 and that seems young to have such a severe case. We have found little encouraging information except for the alpha-lipoic acid. Has anyone had any help from a TENS unit, physical therapy, water therapy, special shoes, massage or accupunture? Did the problem of pain increase with years? Was your sugar level out of control before the neuropathy? Are you able to work? Thank you. We are desperate to find help. Jan
