: Periphral Neuropathy or "PN" is a loss of the Meylin sheath that protects the nerves. There are quite a few causes and some still undetermined for this disease. Most ofter diabetes is generally a known contributor to PN. Pins and needles are generally felt through arms, hands , legs, feet or all, this is also on top of a numb feeling.
: There are different types of neropathy's as well the dibilitating extent of the disease. I have PN and it is unknown what caused it but has caused me to become disabled. Although still working, on lots of drugs combat the constant pain of PN.
: Agent Orange wa a primary nerve degenerant which may have contributed to your husbands being. I would say to seek the advise of a neurologist. This path may be time consuming so be prepared to wait a year or so prior to getting answers.

I have had pn for many years .About a year ago , Ibegan taking B-100 four times a day.The pain has dereased dramatically.Take care.
