: It was about a year ago, I have a fitness flyer exersice manchine I thought I was using it correctly, I took too long of a stide on it with my right leg & it wasn't long until I couldn't even walk a block anymore. I went to the doctor who sent me to a physcal theripist I've been doing the exercises she told me to do but I'ts not helping. My legs seem to be getting weaker every day. I'm taking brewers yeast to build my musles but it is'nt working, I love to walk, so I keeping trying to do it. But It is'nt helping. We just moved to a new city & our insurance won't even see me for it for six months. Is there anyone out there who may something about this.
