Posted by Kathy Trgovich on November 29, 2000 at 12:50:39: Has anyone had burning in the backs of their thighs? I had a "frozen shoulder" in October of 1999, which has a long recuperation period. In March of 2000 the backs of my upper thighs began burning - nothing works to get rid of it. My neuro put be on Neurontin (400 3x day), but so far no luck (I've been on it about a week). I have read that it works for this type of pain, but maybe I need to increase the dose. I have had every type of test imaginable, from shoulder MRI, left arm MRI, neck MRI, head MRI, and all were normal. All blood work was normal - no lupus or anything like that. If anyone had had this type of pain, I'd like to hear from you.
