I think an autonomic specialist should be able to diagnose you. The National Dysautonomia Research Foundation has a site that lists a 'medical network;' a list of Drs. It can be found at www.ndrf.org This is also a good place to learn about disorders affecting the autonomic nervous system. Good luck!
