I am in the fringes of osteoporosis and was wondering what to do to stop it.

Does anyone have anklosing spondelitis and ulcerative colitis. I am a lady of 52 and have been fighting
this for 40 some years. And I can't take much in the way of medicine that helps the one because of the
damage to the other part of the disease. I was 5 foot 7 when I was 17 and now I am 5 foot 2. I have much
pain in my neck and shoulders. I have had carper tunnel surgury on both hands and a shoulder operated
on.and I broke my lower leg falling on the ice last year. I would like to know how to treat this befor it causes
me another health problem. I am menapausal but can't take the hormones.
