fosamax

I recently had bi-lateral mastectomies and I am on Tamoxifen(no chemo or radiation needed), I also take a 800 miligram tums, and drink milk or juice everyday.

I recently had a bone density test and was told that I do not have Osteo yet, however the test did show the start of some bone thinning. Fosamax was recommened and after reading about it I would not be comfortable taking it. I am 62 years old and thought that bone thinning was part of the aging process.

Anyone have similar feelings?
