I have been diagnosed as having a dorsal kyphosis at the C4-5 level with posterior disk protrusion also present. Also, posterior annulus bulging at C6-7, not affecting the crvical cord. I have flattening and widening of the cervical cord at the C5-6 level. at C6-7 there is also flattening and widening of the cord. A log segment of borderline central canal stenosis present at the C4 through C7, with definite focal stenosis present at the C5-6 level, related to a dorsal kyphosis in the cervical spine along with annulus bulging. My questions are: 1. What exactly is this? 2. Can this be work related? I have been a secretary for 21 years, sitting, bending, computer, phones, etc.
