Can any one help me with the following questions 1. What are the causes of osteoporosis
2. Is osteoporosis heridatory
3. What excercises are recomended for a person with osteoporosis on her back and hip
4. I am currently 32 how will it effect me in the future.( i am on Fosomax) Many thanks in advance
