: I have just been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis of the spine. The bones of my spine can break from a sneeze or turning over in bed. I am 54. My spine is now equal to a woman between 80-90 years old. What can I do to help myself. Does anyone know of any alternative medicine approaches. I need any and all information I can get asap.
: Thank you.
My endocrinologist has just recommended DIDROCAL but i am feeling hesitant to take it? I was told my scan revealed 78% density. I am 35. This is apparently really low for my age (= to a postmenopausal woman of 55+). There are some really interesting and informative sites on the internet that you might want to check out. Also, some recent information from www.prevention.com was useful for me (look under osteoporosis). good luck.
