didrocal

my aunt has been taking didrocal for almost two years. aprox 6 months ago she begaan having muscle trouble.
during the day she is alright but at night when she wakes up to go to the bathroom, she is unable to relax her muscles
so that she can urinate. she must walk around for several minutes before the muscles will relax. she also suffers from leg cramps.
looking for any similar problems out there or any experiences with this drug. she is taking no other medications.
her blood work is also showing abnormally high cardiac enzymes.
