Citracal is 600 mg with vit D, I take 2 of these a day. This was recommended by my Internal Med Dr. - I also take a multi vit. that has 400 mg. and vit D.
I am 50 - with a very high risk of fracture. (According to Bone Density) I started taking Glucosamine Complex 1 gr , twice a day about 3 wks ago. I
understand it takes about of month for pain relief results. Any one know anything about this??
