: After being diagnosed 1 yr ago with osteopenia I read Dr. John Lee's book on menopause and began a treatment plan of natural progesterone cream, calcium and Vitamin D. Feeling very confident, I had a follow-up bone desity test several days ago and to my dismay, am 10% worse than last year. I understand that certain medications may counteract the effects of natural progesterone, but badly need a resource to consult with on this as Dr. Lee is not available (although I did send him a email)I am 40 yrs old and am experiencing early menopause. Any suggestions and/or resources? Thanks in advance.
I along with you would like to have answers on this issue. I have read Dr. Lee's book and started using the cream last month. I am hopeful but would like to talk with some of Dr. Lee's patients to know for sure that they were helped. I am at the osteopenia stage also and I am searching for answers. I have a family history of this and I know what the end result is.
