I was just diagnosed with moderate osteopenia(2.0 spine 2.5 femur) with oste beginning at 2.5.
I am an avid golfer; I do have back problems and sometimes I don't golf because of it; as most of your
know there is a real twisting of the spine with golf which probably makes it not so great to do with
bone density problems. However, I love golf and would miss it terribly if I could not do it. Do any of you
golf with the problem of moderate osteopenia. My plan is to take Ipriflavone for now and consult
with a bone specialist; I will not take Fosamax or Evista but if the Ipriflavone does not work, my back-
up plan is Miacalcin.
