Why would you take anything that has shown to irritate the esophogus (hence the take while standing and don't lie down for 30 minutes). There are safer, natural alternatives out there! Please look into Yam Cream and weight training to build up your bones and balance your hormone levels. I am not anti- drugs (if they help) but these replacement therapies have not been studied long enough to know the long term effects - and they are not NATURAL thus always having significant side effects.
