: Iam just turning 52 and was told I have osteoporsis. It was quite a surprise because I've always felt I was physically strong for a small woman. Also have never broken a bone in my life and have been very active. My Dr. said my CT scan showed-3.25 (I believe). What exactly does this mean? Does this disease effect your teeth? In the last year I noticed my two front teeth started feeling porsis. I've always had very good teeth. She prescribed Fosamax and I have been reading some negatives. Please share any info that well enlighten me. I don't know what to think of all this.
