that taking if you take Calcium with milk, the Calcium does not get absorbed as it should. I take
milk with breakfast and wait 1-2 hours befor I take Calcium Citrate(Citrical). Calcium citrate is
better absorbed on an empty stomach than calcium carbonate and calcium carbonate can
cause constipation.
