Thank you, Wendy. I ordered ipriflavone, and I'll look into a higher quality calcium supplement. I also made an appointment with an endocrinologist for further testing. How did you find out you had osteopenia? What made you get tested. Routinely, they don't seem to test people in our age range.
: Forgot to answer your question! I am 37 andtake Ipriflavone (I am not menopausal). I can't find any studies against taking it before you are menopausal so I hope it's ok. I asked my endocrinologist & pharmacist about it and they both said it was ok.
