: My doctor prescribed fosamax 10mg for my osteopenia.
: Instead of Fosamax I would like to take Ipriflavone.
: How many miligrams should I take?

Ipriflavone comes in 200 mg capsules. Usual dosage is one cap three times a day with meals. I hope it helps!
