Dorina - Sorry to hear that your osteo is so bad. Has your doctor recommended any of the osteo drugs like Fosamax? You need to look into that but also into proper nutrition - our bones need alot more than just calcium and vitamin D.
You also need to get on a regular and gentle exercise program. If your doctor isn't helping with your questions and concerns then I would change doctors. I know I'm not much help but I wish you the best of luck!
