I found out I have osteoporosis this past summer. I had been amenorrehic (SP?) (Absent menstrual cycle)
for two years. I exercised alot and felt good but when I had a bone density test done I found the sad truth.
I finallly got my menstrual cycle Today :) I am currently taking calcium citrate, Magnesium, horsetail, and
incorporating all sorts of calcium into my diet (sardines, plain yogurt, collard greens etc.). I am also applying
topical progesterone (sp?) at night.I am involved a weight training program as well.
Is there anything else i should do?
